Married in 2021 with a blended family that includes six adult children between them, Staci and Jeff Dover enjoy spending  time with their family, especially their 'six pack' of grandchildren. In 2023, with over 50 years of shared business, education, and therapy experience, Jeff and Staci decided to combine talents to create Beyond Educational Staffing and Therapy.

Staci Dover is an educational and assistive technology consultant with 25 years experience in public education as a general and special education teacher, literacy coach, and speech-language pathologist.

She specializes in the Science of Reading, dyslexia, and language and literacy acquisition.  Staci utilizes principles of the Understanding by Design (UbD) framework,  the SETT process, and best practices in Assistive Technology and alternative and augmentative communication (AAC) to ensure each client has access to learn and work to their full potential.

Staci is also passionate about working with disabled adults who could benefit from assistive technology. She enjoys helping people get the support they need to return to work.

Jeff Dover is a United States veteran who began his career in Naval intelligence as a cryptologic technician, intercepting and decrypting top secret messages for the United States Navy.

After completing two tours and separating from the Navy, Jeff put his intelligence skills to work decoding another set of cryptic messages: ICD 10 codes and CPT codes in the medical profession.

Jeff previously owned consulting and billing businesses and held financial leadership roles for several organizations including medical practice administrator and Director of Operations for  several successful medical billing companies.

Jeff's vast knowledge of medical billing and years of experience dealing with  insurance companies ensures a good experience for BEST clients.

Jeff enjoys volunteering his time as an Elder, mentor and advisor in their church.
